Over and Above
Don't just be a Drummer. Be the best you can be.

1. Turn the music down just a notch or two. This will help save your ears.

2. Practice the drums just a half hour longer. It adds up and will make you a better player.

3. Be just a tad kinder and more respectful to your fellow musicians.

4. Play 5 or 10 minutes over your designated gig time (if it's OK with management). This will impress your fans.

5. Learn a couple more styles. This will make you more diverse.

6. Spend a few more minutes practicing that song. This will help you know it "very well" instead of just "OK".
